These terms of service are subject to updates at any time. By playing our games or using our services, you agree to follow these terms. We reserve the right to revoke your access to our services if you do not abide by these terms.
These terms of service for Mullistus; doing business as “Mullistus”, and “Mullistus Inc.” (“we”, “us”, or “our”), describe our polices and expectations regarding the manner in which our services are used.
Users of our services must be 13+ years of age (or age based on their respective local regulations) to use any Mullistus services. This includes our games “Nexvultus”, “Enigmatic Entropy”, and any other games that we produce, as well as our communcations servers in compliance with the Discord Terms of Service.
Mullistus does not allow any form of cheating, exploiting, or modification of our software that provides a player with an unfair advantage. You are forbidden from attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or modify our software in any way that permits the circumvention of our security and anti-cheat measures. Any other rules specified in or by our serivces are to be treated as part of these terms of service. We reserve the right to revoke your access to our software and services should you not abide by these terms.
We collect a limited amount of data to ensure our products function properly and provide the best experience for our users. For more information, please see ourPrivacy Policy.
Our software is provided “as is”, with no guarantees of function or bug-free experience. Should you choose to externally modify your software, you void any protections provided to you by our software. We are not responsible for any damages caused by unsupported/external modification of our software.
We reserve the right to suspend, ban, and/or revoke access to our services from anyone who violates our rules, terms of service, and/or privacy policy. Should your account be banned for cheating, you will not be allowed to access multiplayer services without an approved appeal. However, access to non-networked/singleplayer options will not be revoked. We reserve the right to “mute” (prevent interaction) you on our communcation services should our moderation team see fit that you have violated our terms of service regarding User Conduct (see above).
We provide to you an appeal system should you believe your moderation action is unfair. Appeals are to be filed in ourappeals server.
Your appeal will be reviewed by a team of our moderators and will be reevaluated as unbiasedly as possible. Users are limited to appealing permenant actions such as bans and mutes with no expiration.
We follow a “one and done” system in which users are allowed only one appeal per type of action. Any other following moderation action is unappealable by the user and will only be removed should another moderator/administrator see it fit to do so. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny any appeal for any reason judged by our moderators. Appeal decisions are final and another appeal may not be filed should a previous one be declined.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time for any reason. Continued use of our services is considered agreement to these updated terms.
