Network bans are issued by Mullistus staff for breaches of ourTerms of Service
First offenses can be appealed in ourManagement Server.
A network ban revokes a player's access to our multiplayer services. You will no longer be allowed to create nor join multiplayer lobbies.
However, as per the SteamGame Ban Policy,a banned player can still access offline or singleplayer functions of Mullistus games.
Bans are only issued by human moderators, not by artificial intelligence or automatic moderation systems.
Your first network ban can be appealed in ourManagement Serverby filling out a support ticket with Proton Systems. An administrator will process your appeal as soon as possible. Players are only allowed one appeal. Repeat offenders cannot appeal.
Please do not mention, message, or otherwise notify administrators to process your appeal faster. Doing so will cause your appeal to be denied.
